Returns & Refunds

At Golden Point, every garment is made to order specifically for you. This helps reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction.

Because each item is produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Accidental orders

We provide detailed size guides on all products. Please check measurements carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to exchange made-to-order items due to incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@goldenpointtees.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@goldenpointtees.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner and the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
